CORPUS LAB

The International Laboratory of Corpus Acrobatics, located in Brazil (Ibiraquera, Santa Catarina) and in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), is a centre for acrobatics and circus arts with over 30 years of experience in various classical and contemporary disciplines.

The Laboratory is aimed at talented acrobats with professional aspirations. Applicants should demonstrate clear artistic inclination and creativity, be autonomous, determined, and disciplined, and seek new challenges with curiosity and openness to the world and to different combinations of art forms, wishing to further expand their repertoire.

ABOUT THE STUDIO

A space for creation, training, and cultural exchange, integrated into the lush nature of the Santa Catarina coast.

The studio is located in the middle of a garden surrounded by greenery, flowers, and birds. The 48m² space (8 x 6 m) with a 7.5 m ceiling height and wooden floor features reinforced points for aerial equipment and plenty of natural light.

LOCATION

Situated near the Ibiraquera Lagoon (about 100 m) and approximately 5 km from Luz and Rosa beaches. The area inspires water sports such as swimming, surfing, kite surfing, and canoeing, as well as walking and cycling trails. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, bakeries, and the Rosa Beach town centre.
